Yes, the aquasuite's virtual sensor is extremely powerful, and allows one to do a lot of things... even things that should not be done.
Ramping the fans up and down with CPU temperature spikes in a water loop is as useful as tits on a bull.
The fans only effect the coolant in the radiator, the coolant in the CPU block during the temp spike is not directly affected by the fans.
Your most useful control source for the fans is the coolant temperature exiting the radiator... that is what the fans impact.
