How to connect Cuplex XT Question ??

Mittwoch, 29. November 2006, 10:57

What is the correct way to mount the Cuplex XT? Which side is the inlet and which is the outlet. At the moment I am using the side which goes directly to the copper base as the outlet and the side with the nozzles as the inlet but I can't help thinking it should be the other way around (this is supported by some images I found on the net). Could somebody please tell me how it should be mounted (with a picture please) to solve this mystery once and for all?

BTW, Temperatures are OK, a D930 overclocked to 3600 Mhz is 40 degrees @ idle.....

The inlet should lead to the jet plate, and the outlet comes from the base.

Sounds like you've got it the right way around.

I can't find many pics that explain the connections, but in this pic the inlet is the lower connection on the left, and the outlet the higher one on the right.

As a rule I always remember the side with the "semi" circle cut is the inlet.

Shoggy posted this image that will help last time this came up so thanks go out to him for the pic.
