Hi Guys,
Will the pre modded G70 with the airplex XT 360 be adequate enough to cool the above kit with some overclocking of the CPU & GPUs thrown in?

Welcome to the forum

I don't see any problems here but don't expect dream-numbers for the temperature.

The "problem" will be to find a good balance between cooling performance and noise level.

I'll be using the Cuplex XT Di for the CPU & AquagraFX 8800GTX for the two 8800 Ultra graphics cards.
I was hoping for 15-20% CPU overclock with temps around 45-55 degrees C if possible, and to match the Core & Memory speeds of some of the premodded 8800 ultras such as EVGAs Black Pearl.

Would it be advisable to add another radiator like the XT 120 at the back of the case where the exhaust fan is to help the loop, or would that be worrying too much?!?

I'm afraid it won't be enough for your system, unless you can live with the noise level of 3000 rpm fans blowing full bore.
To further elaborate, during warm 25C+ ambient temps you can't afford to loose 1-3C here and there (adding up to 5-8C total) as your CPU temps during high stress testing will rise to the maximum recommended limit set by Intel. For such a system you'll require some of the best performing cooling blocks, sufficient water flow, and dual loops or less optimally 2+3 radiators.

In a nutshell it's a QX6700 @ 3.33Ghz + single 8800GTX @ 643/1053

My CPU temps under stress testing:
Ambient intake: 24.7C

Ambient intake: 21.9C
