Hi,

mein Nachbar hat mich gebeten, von seinem Firmenlaptop ne 1:1 kopie zu machen.
d.H. komplett Windows, Daten, Einstellungen ect.

was gibts da für Methoden das einfach über die Bühne zu bringen ?

Copy & Paste auf einem externen Datenträger geht ja schlecht mit windows.

entweder backup software kaufen oder knoppix live cd runterladen, damit booten, partimage starten, image machen, das ganze auf usb hdd o.ä. auslagern und sich freuen über ein kostenloses backup

Ich kann auch nur Arconis True Image empfehlen. Die Software kommt sogar mit nem Raid System zurecht. Da hat Norton Ghost ja Probleme mit aber das war hier ja nicht gefragt ;D.

ICh hab gute Erfahrungen mit Norton Ghost gemacht. Seit Version 9 auch mit voller RAID-Unterstützung. Selbst Sicherung von einem SATA-Raid0 auf ein VIA-IDE-Raid udn umgekehrt funzen ohne Probs.

ICh glaub das war letztens (Die Vorgängerversion 9.0) als Vollversion auf der Chip-DVD.
Das ist dann noch günstiger..
