mahlzeit!

seitdem ich neulich das erste mal mit rhythmbox (standard gnome itunes-klon) eine cd ausgelesen habe, bin ich auf der suche nach einem (audio-)cd-extrahier programm mit codier-fähigkeiten.

any vorschläge?

bei windows geht nix über auslesen in wav mit EAC und anschliessendem encoden in VBR mit preset APS mittels lame.

Würdest Du KDE verwenden, könntest Du im Konqueror (oder eigentlich in jedem KDE Programm) einfach "audiocd:/" in der Adresszeile eingeben... ;-)

Ansonsten gibt's aber auch sonst diverse Frontends für Paranoia - mal zwei gängige:

das hab ich aus purem zufall gefunden... kann ich auch nix für .D

edit: Goobox ist übrigens ein cd-player, der auch rippen kann.
und dann hätten wir noch den Sound Juicer.
