A picture tells a thousand words!
I am very very happy with ALL the AC products! Thanks Guys!!

A very beautiful System. I love it  .
And very good Pictures.
Wich Grafikcards do you use for your System?
Out of Style, but it's Retro!

nice connection between the ramplex.
Is the whole hardware in one cooling loop or do you split it?
And the 90° quick release coupling on the cuplex looking very nice too.

OMG very nice system, I like it!

2 loops,
3 rads for GPU, MB, Ram,
1 rad for CPU, AC5XT
2x D5 each loop

Holeeee... What a system. You really just ordered "one of everything, except where larger quantity specified" eh? Is that a stock case?
Hier geht's zum RGBAmp
Hinweis: Der RGBAmp stammt nicht von AC und wird nicht offiziell supported!

Yes it's a stock mountain mods extended ascension. There are a couple of extra holes for mounting the SSD cradle and dremel cuts to fit the tubemeters under the reservoirs. Other than that stock.

IL2 COD 6030x1080 Nvidia 2D Surround - Hurri's vs BF110's

4way SLI GPUs all maxed at 99% avg 30FPS - This game still needs heaps of optimisation and the developers have promised a minimum 50% performance improvement with the next patch. I used to get 60FPS with eyefinity quad 5870s with an earlier beta that used xfire/sli properly.

just curious: how much vcore is needed for 5ghz on your 990x to be linx-stable?

i can bench with my 990x on 5ghz with 1.6v, but to be fully stable it requires far more than that and so goes the temps... btw: with all cores fully loaded (eg. with linx), how hot does your 990x get?

Havent run 990x with new blocks at max clocks. It had degrade the IMC from a run at 5.33Ghz and ram at 2200Mhz @ 1.8v.. I could only get it back to 4.6Ghz at 1.55v

Mine was stable at 5Ghz 1.66v prime95 stable @ 90c which is a bit hot, but not much pushes the CPU that hard for that long!
My 950 temps dropped by 13c though with the new block and MX4 TIM so im hoping to get a few degrees better when the 990x goes back in with indigo xtreme! :)

Luckily Intel agreed to an RMA so it went off today and I should get my replacement early next week.

thats pretty much what i got with my 990x. but for 24/7 i'm not willing to give more than 1.56v and here is 4.8ghz all there is. i guess my chip is all right then. ;) i thought it needed a little to much volts for that but it seems all is in line, so thanks.

but suddenly i'm not so sure if i fit my cuplex kryos right. i got @4.8ghz (1.56v) ~85-90c under full load with around 40c water. i'm too using arctic cooling mx4. expected around 70/75c something... :S

Not enough radiator or fan speed or maybe both with water temp of 40c.

Is that for GPUs and CPU in a single loop? My CPU water doesnt get above 30c with ambient air 24c. (i have 2 loops, GTX360 for CPU and 3xGTX360 for GPUs MB and RAM)

yeah i know, radiators. can't have enough of them...
it's only 1 loop. i just wanted to keep all in one case though, just makes the case look very slick. 8)
i'm using 1 radiator (420 ams from ac) with 4 blocks (1 cpu, 1 gpu (6970), 1 chipset and 1 raid controller).
but 30c water in the cpu-loop when the cpu gets to the 90s seems a bit low, does it?

after half an hour of full load on my cpu i got ~36-37c water after the radiator (cpu comes first in loop) and ~41-42c before the radiator. thats what i mean with 'around 40c water', so i guess it's ok.

just another question: i noticed that you use 3 ramplex for the 6 modules you have. is that necessary or will 2 ramplex also fit just fine? i have an asus rampage 2 extreme motherboard and the spacing between the ram-slots is just like on your gigabyte board. the 2 slots for one memory channel lay exactly next to each other with a little (~2mm) space between slots from different channels.
it just looks a little awkward with the 3 ramplex being so much wider than the memory slots itself.

Unfortunately the ramplex are too wide to lineup properly with this memory layout and not wide enough for just two.

are you using that machine for gaming only or are you doing reasonable stuff with it, too? ;-)
